►How do I register?

Registration with computex.biz is simple and fast:

  • Click on the Register link at the top navigation bar of any page in computex,biz.
  • Complete the required fields.
  • If you wish, enter keyword(s) for use to receive e-mail updates when new products are posted online, then click on Continue. On the next page, you will see the matching categories for you to select your Product Alert e-mail updates (free with your registration). Select your categories and click on the "Receive Alerts" button. You will see a confirmation page. Don't forget to check your e-mail inbox afterwards and click on the verification link in the e-mail we send you to confirm that you want to receive Product Alert e-mail updates.
  • If you do not wish to enter keyword(s), simply click on Continue. On the next page, you will have the option again to enter keywords and to select categories to receive free Product Alert e-mail updates.

►What are the guidelines for choosing a password?

Your password for computex.biz is case-sensitive. We suggest the following general guidelines for creating passwords:

  • Use at least eight characters.
  • Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
  • Avoid passwords closely related to your personal information, e.g. using your login name or company name as your password.
  • Use a mixture of letters or numbers and these punctuations (. _ -) — but do not use spaces.

How do I login?

in the left navigation bar to go to the Login Page. Enter your Login Name and Password and click on the "Login" button. If you check the "Remember me" box when you login, and you have not logged out, you won't have to login each time you come back. Your browser will "remember" your login name on your computer and your contact details will be pre-filled automatically when you send inquiries. To ensure your security, however, you will always be asked to login to access secure parts of the site.

Why do I get an error when I type in my password?

  • Check how you are typing your password. Remember that passwords for computex.biz are case-sensitive.
  • Check if your keyboard CAPS LOCK has been accidentally activated. This may have caused you to unintentionally type your password in the wrong case.

What if I forgot my password?

  • Simply click on at the Login Page.
  • Enter your registered e-mail address.
  • Click on Submit to complete the process.

How do I update my User Profile?

  • Once logged in, click on the User Profile link in the left navigation bar.
  • On the User Profile screen, type in your new or updated information in the appropriate fields.
  • Click on Submit to save your changes.

How do I change my Trade Alert settings?

  • Click on Trade Alert in the left navigation bar.
  • On the expanded Product Alert menu, click on Settings.
  • Select the type of e-mail update you want to receive by checking or un-checking the appropriate boxes.
  • Click on Update to save the changes.

If you wish to add or remove product categories for your Trade Alert, click on Edit Categories.

How do I change my password?

  • Once logged in, click on the User Profile link in the left navigation bar.
  • Click on the option under .
  • Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, and then click on Submit.
